Main Materials:
Steel, aluminum alloy, sound-absorbing cotton, laminated glass

1.Outer Frame Structure:
Aircraft-grade aluminum, with a wall thickness of 2.5-4.0mm. The surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with electrostatic powder coating, complying with GB/T 5237.4-2017 "Aluminum Alloy Architectural Profiles - Part 4: Powder Coated Profiles". A total of 31 items were inspected, all of which meet the requirements of the GB/T 5237.4-2017 standard. After acid resistance testing, the film layer surface showed no bubbles or other significant changes, and the film layer's solvent resistance is rated at level 4.

2.Soundproof Cabin Glass Material:
5+1.14+5mm thick tempered ultra-clear damping laminated glass, featuring safety, high strength, bending resistance, thermal stability, and sound insulation. It offers excellent sound insulation and high safety level, with no sharp edges upon breakage, and comes with the original 3C certification.

3.Side Wall Material:
The cabin wall panel is a 6-layer composite panel: the exterior of the wall is made of double environmentally friendly 1.0mm thick steel plates (with a matte spray finish), the interior of the cabin features an aluminum alloy shock-absorbing frame, the acoustic cavity layer is specially treated, and the interior is filled with soundproof cotton; the interior surface is covered with high-density sound-absorbing panels.

4.Intelligent Lighting System:
The cabin is equipped with a standard 5000k LED eye-protecting light, with concealed fixtures and adjustable brightness.

5.Hardware:
Includes glass door hardware accessories (3 pieces of 304 stainless steel hinges, 1 glass door lock, and 4 strong support wheels reserved at the base of the cabin).

6.Sound-Absorbing Cotton Panel:
Meets environmental requirements; according to GB/T17657-2013 inspection standards, the formaldehyde emission (climate chamber method) (mg/m³) is undetectable (72h).

7.Intelligent Ventilation System:
A quiet ventilation and exhaust system with adjustable air volume, the cabin air is replaced every 2 minutes 

8.Switch Panel:
A set of switches and compatible power sockets (100-240V and 12V-USB).

9.The overall acoustic stable sound insulation performance of the product is 32dB (decibel value ±5dB), and the reverberation time RT in the cabin environment is 0.3S.
