Terms and Conditions

-The company's maintenance service includes the failure of parts under normal use during the warranty period. If the required parts are discontinued, out of stock or other reasons make it impossible to repair or replace them immediately, the company has the right to replace them with similar products of the same level. Parts replaced after repair will not be returned.

-The company or any employee will not be liable for any damage to the product that leads to the inability to use the product or the indirect or direct loss caused by the replacement of the new model, including the loss of the customer's profit or the loss of the customer's business or the impact on the health of the customer, etc. 

-It is not recommended to install table leg rollers on all the adjustable tables of our company. If the customer requires installation and the adjustable table moves unevenly or the product is lost due to this, the company will not accept maintenance for this reason.

-The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty without prior notice.

Before confirming the order, please read the following warranty terms and conditions in detail:

Warranty

Office Chairs: 2 Years

Standing Desk: 5 Years

Free on-site inspection and replacement parts within 3 years from the date of purchase. Free on-site inspection after 3 years from the date of purchase, if parts need to be replaced, additional charges will be required.
Products enjoy structural maintenance
The warranty period is calculated from the date of first purchase of the product, and the customer needs to present a valid sales slip to prove the date of first purchase.


During the warranty period, the address must be the same as the delivery address. (Additional charges apply in remote areas)

Product Warranty does not apply to the following:

1) Standing table wooden surfaces.

2) Damage caused by improper installation, use, storage or accident, as well as normal wear and tear.

3) The customer has installed, dismantled, refitted, and moved the goods by himself.

4) The product is damaged due to any external factors, such as problems caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, dust, dust mites, etc.;

5) The product fails to provide the original invoice.

6) For any reason (including accident or man-made), normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, improper bending, or damage caused by impact or accident.

7) The product has been stored or assembled in an incorrect manner, improperly used, abused, misused, repurposed, or treated with improper cleaning methods or detergents;

8) Damage caused by inputting inappropriate voltage

9) Differences in color
Kzchair reserves the final decision whether the product is applicable to this warranty. The maintenance is subject to the content and rules of KZCHAIR.
